Soap Recipes
In the ‘technical’ section, soap making is explained in several ways. However, understand that it is similar to cooking; everyone has their own slightly different recipes!
Here are some soap recipes to give you some ideas...
Soft almond oil soap recipe
- Mix 2 spoonfuls of almond oil per 250g of soap glycerin.

Honey soap recipe
- Mix 250g of glycerin with 2 spoonfuls of liquid honey from limewood

Sulphur and clap soap recipe
This soap is known for its disinfectant properties.
- Mix 1 spoonful of green clay and 1 spoonful of sulphur powder to 250g of glycerin.

Chocolate soap recipe
- Add some melted squares of chocolate to the melted glycerin as well as some drops of chocolate essence. Yummy!

Marseille soap flakes recipe
- Use Marseille soap flakes instead of glycerine. The consistency of the soap will therefore be thicker.
- For this, melt the flakes and lemon juice in a casserole dish in the warm oven until it turns into a smooth cream.
- To finish, dye it, add perfume and decorate.

Liquid soap recipe
- Melt 50g of dark glycerine.
- Mix with it 200g of water (more or less for the desired liquidity).
- Add some drops of essential oil and the colouring of your choice.
- Put it into a container and decorate.

Bath salts recipe
- Mix different spices to cooking salt.
- Sometimes, it may be necessary to crush in a pestle and mortar to obtain the perfume, especially for cinnamon.
