Chevron Pattern

For a bracelet measuring about 15 cm (6 inches):

• Knot several threads together (here, 8 threads in 4 different colors).

1st row

• With thread 1, make a series of double forward knots (toward the right) on threads 2, 3, and 4.

• With thread 8, make a series of double backward knots (toward the left) on threads 7, 6, and 5.

• Finish the 1st row by making 2 forward knots with thread 1 on thread 8.

2nd row

• With thread 2, make a series of double forward knots on threads 3, 4, and 8.

• With thread 7, make a series of double backward knots on threads 6, 5, and 1.

• Finish row 2 by making 2 forward knots with thread 2 on thread 7.

Following rows

• Repeat the same steps with threads 3 and  6 to obtain the 3rd row.

• Repeat the same steps with threads 4 and 5 to obtain the 4th row.

• Continue, using the same principle, until bracelet reaches desired length.
