Embroidery with ribbons is much quicker than embroidery with thread and produces many different effects.

From the video below you will see how easy it is to create both roses and rose buds with ribbon.

Your creations can be added to dresses, tablecloths, curtains, necklaces or hairclips. Special embroidery ribbon is available in numerous colours allowing you to introduce a number of assorted colours to your objects.

Directions

The secret is all in the hand movement: Wrap the ribbon around the needle and attach the centre with a stitch (like in the first video) or with a bead (as shown in the second video).
