- White vinyl adhesive
- or neoprene glue (quick-setting contact glue) : 5 cents per tube
Directions
Cardboarding: Classic assembly
- Assemble the pieces of card one by one with strips of kraft paper preemptively doused in white vinyl adhesive.
- If you wish to cover up your carding (with papier mâché for example) and if you don’t need the perfect base, you can assemble your pieces directly with adhesive tape.
Cardboarding: Incision assembly thanks to neoprene glue
This technique allows you to skip a stage and more importantly to create even more audacious pieces!
- Notch the card with a cutter without cutting it entirely.
- Fold the card along the notch and consolidate it with neoprene glue.
- In the end, you will eventually have the possibility to consolidate it with strips of kraft paper.
