Directions

Start by pouring the most dense liquid into the glass. Generally the order is:
- syrup
- liquor
- fruit juice
- spirits
Position the spoon just above the liquid and against the inside of the glass, with the rounded part facing upwards.
Carefully pour the second liquid over the back of the spoon.
Repeat this technique with each of the liquids going from the heaviest to the lightest, thus making your layered cocktail.
