This tradition is an annual celebration for people all ages and kinds. Carving faces into pumpkins has been a festivity for many american families since it was brought by the Irish in the mid-to-late 1800s. Pumpkin carving designs can be funny and scary faces or even whole pictures. Competitions, festivals and records are held all over the US for experienced carvers and Halloween lovers.
