Draw an upside down triangle with rounded edges.
Add 2 circles of different sizes for the eyes and a smaller circle for the nose.
Draw an arc above the nose and 2 triangles about the heas to make the ears.
Draw 2 smaller triangles inside the ears and 2 smaller circles inside the eyes for the pupils.
Draw a long vertical oval to make the body.
Add 2 long and thin rectangles for the legs and draw 2 strokes for the back legs.
