Roll out the dough onto cellophane paper.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Sieve the flour with cocoa powder and a pinch of salt.
Add the egg and mix it into the rest of the mixture thoroughly.
Knead the dough to make a ball.
Roll the dough out onto the cellophane paper.
Place in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 190ºc.
Place down 2 sheets of baking paper.
Sprinkle icing sugar on the table so that the dough doesn't stick to it.
Take a quarter of the dough from the ball and leave the rest in the refrigerator whilst you work on that bit of dough.
Spread out the dough so that it is 6mm thick.
Cut the dough into shapes with a pastry cutter.
Place the cookies on the baking sheet.
Put in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Carefully decorate the cookies while they are still hot and soft.
Cut out green leaves from the fondant for the orange cookies and stick them on using honey or condensed milk applied with a paintbrush.
