Make as many clay sausage shapes as possible, which you can model into letters.
Model the sausage shapes into letters.
Sprinkle some water around the joints, so that the letter holds together.
Leave to dry properly before applying paint and varnish.
Stick them to a piece of card, which you will hang on the wall.
