Pink Mousse Valentine's receipt

Try this fresh, creamy and ever-so-sweet pink mousse to keep yourself in a jovial mood. This pink mousse is perfect as a taster of what will follow on a romantic menu for Valentine's Day or a wedding anniversary.
Supplies
Tools
  • Mixer
  • Salad bowl to mix in
  • Bowls (preferably in black to bring out the pink of the mousse) 
Materials
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 big tablespoon of goat's cheese
  • 1 small tablespoon of crème fraîche
  • 1 stem of parsley
Directions

  • Mix the beetroot with the cream.

  • Add the goats cheese, the sugar and pepper.

  • Mix again.

  • Serve the mixture in small black bowls. 

  • Put a stem of parsley in the bowl as decoration.

Tips
  • Put a small chunk of goat's cheese in the mousse.
