We all have old Christmas ornaments that look past-it. Rather than throwing them out, you can give them a makeover: with some art paper, ribbons and glue varnish your ornaments will be good as new. These recycled Christmas ornaments will once again have an eye-catching charm hanging on your Christmas tree.
Supplies
Tools
  • Cutter
  • Glue gun
Materials
  • "Overwintering" paper
  • Old paper
  • Tassel
  • 2 white pearls
  • Silver button
  • Varnish glue 
  • Small stems of Santolina or another type of aromatic plant.
Directions
  • Remove all the stickers and ribbon from the baubles, so that they are blank.

  • Wrap up the bauble with the "overwintering" paper.

  • Attach a strip of scrap paper with glue varnish.

  • Pass some thread (to hang the bauble up with) through the centre of the paper, under the ball and attach a tassle and a silver button.

  • Stick on two small pieces of Santolina and two white pearls with a glue gun.

Tips
  • Keep the decorative pieces of other old baubles.
