Prepare to cover the Christmas ornament

• Measure the circumference of the polystyrene ball.

• Make regular marks in pen to mark out size of the different pieces of fabric you are going to use.

• Make 4 cuts in the polystyrene ball to divide it into quarters, with each of the cutting lines starting from the "pole" of the ball.

• Cut a rectangle of fabric big enough to cover one of the quarters.

Cover the Christmas ornament

• Put the rectangle of fabric on one of the quarters of the ball to cover it and tuck the edges into the incision with the help of the non-cutting end of the cutter.

• Cut the surplus cloth leaving 1 or 2mm to be placed carefully into the incision.

• Do the same thing with the other quarters.

• Fix on the ribbons and the attaching loop to the bauble with small push pins.
