A perfect starter on Valentine's Day, these pink crêpes will make you see life through rose-tinted glasses. Filled with avocado, shrimp and radish, they can be eaten warm or cold.

Supplies
Tools
  • Mixer
  • Electric crêpe-making machine (or frying pan)
Materials
  • 1/2 litre of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 250g of flour
  • 1tbsp oil
  • Beetroot juice
  • Avocado purée
  • Prawns
  • Radish 
  • Raffia
Directions

The pink crêpe batter

  • Put  half a litre of milk in the mixer.

  • Add 3 eggs, 250 grams of flour, a tablespoon of oil and beetroot juice.

  • Mix the batter together.

  • Let the batter rest. 

  • Cook the crêpes.

  • Turn the crêpes over.

  • Leave the crêpes to one side.

The pink crêpe filling

  • Put the avocado purée and the prawns flat on half a crêpe.

  • Add the crunchy radish.

  • Fold up the crêpe to close it.

  • Roll it up, so everything inside is a surprise.

  • Tie it up with raffia. 

  • Serve..and enjoy!
