A perfect starter on Valentine's Day, these pink crêpes will make you see life through rose-tinted glasses. Filled with avocado, shrimp and radish, they can be eaten warm or cold.
Put half a litre of milk in the mixer.
Add 3 eggs, 250 grams of flour, a tablespoon of oil and beetroot juice.
Mix the batter together.
Let the batter rest.
Cook the crêpes.
Turn the crêpes over.
Leave the crêpes to one side.
Fold up the crêpe to close it.
Roll it up, so everything inside is a surprise.
Tie it up with raffia.
