These small felt Christmas figures stuffed with absorbent cotton are perfect to decorate the house with for those Christmas time parties. Thanks to their velcro strips, you can hang up your Christmas stockings, angels, stars and other Christmas figures on a tree or use them to make an advent calendar.

Cut out the shapes carefully.
Fold the felt in half.
Put the shapes on the felt and hold in place with a needle.
Cut out the felt, following carefully the edges of the paper. To cut the felt more precisely, use a small set of kitchen scissors. You should get 2 identical pieces of felt as a result of this.
Stick the front part on before decorating it.
Sew on the decorations if you want them to stay on for a long time.
Sew the precious stones on with a fine needle. Do not hesitate to pass the needle through twice to make the stitch stronger.
Put the front and the back together and then sew them together around the edge. Leave 2 to 3cm open to stuff the figure.
Cut off a piece of absorbent cotton and pull at it a bit to give it more volume.
Stuff the figure with cotton wool using the point of the scissors to help you.
Finish off the stitch to close up the figure's outline.
