Christmas figure shapes

• Cut out the shapes carefully.

• Fold the felt in half.

• Put the shapes on the felt and hold in place with a needle.

• Cut out the felt, following carefully the edges of the paper. To cut the felt more precisely, use a small set of kitchen scissors. You should get 2 identical pieces of felt as a result of this.

• Mix around the different materials and shapes to visualize the final result.

Decoration of the Christmas figures

• Stick the front part on before decorating it.

• Sew on the decorations if you want them to stay on for a long time.

• Sew the precious stones on with a fine needle. Do not hesitate to pass the needle through twice to make the stitch stronger.

Assembly and padding of the Christmas figure

• Put the front and the back together and then sew them together around the edge. Leave 2 to 3cm open to stuff the figure.

• Cut off a piece of absorbent cotton and pull at it a bit to give it more volume.

• Stuff the figure with cotton wool using the point of the scissors to help you.

• Finish off the stitch to close up the figure's outline.
