Crepe paper roses

Nothing says 'Romantic' quite like a red rose, especially one which you've made yourself. These crepe paper roses are easy to make and look beautiful, and what's more, you don't even have to watch for thorns or make sure you water them! If you're making several, why not change the color of the crepe paper to give you a bright brilliant bouquet?

Glue

Materials

Crepe paper (green and one other color)
BBQ stick

Directions

Cut the crepe paper into 12 petal shapes.

Wrap a length of colored crepe paper (about 10cm long) around the BBQ stick, and attach the petals.
Cover the BBQ stick in green crepe paper and add a 'leaf'.
