Materials
- 1 cardboard juice box (an orange juice box, for example)
- 36 wine corks
- Glue
Directions
- Measure 16 cm up from the base of the box and mark. Cut off the box above the mark.
- Wash out the inside of the box with water, then dry.
- On a cutting board, cut each cork in half lengthwise with a knife.
- Glue corks lengthwise onto the box, starting at the bottom.
- Make lines of 4 corks each, allowing some to stick out over the sides of the box.
TIP: You should have 5 lines of 4 corks each. Make sure to cover all spaces between corks.
- Cover the opposite side of the box using the same method.
- Let dry before continuing.
- Glue corks horizontally on the remaining sides of the box.
TIP: You should have 8 lines of 2 corks each.
