Easter isn't the only time of the year when you can decorate eggs! Now you can decorate your Christmas tree with ornaments made from hollow eggshells. All you need is a glue stick, some paper, or some wool and your Christmas ornaments are ready to go!
For the red ornament:
For the white ornament:
Cut the paper into strips of no more than 5 mm wide and long enough to reach from the top of the egg to the bottom.
Coat the egg with glue and stick the paper strips to it.
Cut out two paper circles.
Glue one circle to end of the ends of the egg.
Cut a piece of shoelace to make the loop to hang the ornament and glue it to the same end of the egg to which you glued the circle.
Cut a small hole in the center of the second circle and thread the lace through the hole.
Glue the second circle to the egg.
Tie a bow with the shoelace.
Glue the bow to the bottom of the loop.
Coat the egg with glue.
Wrap the wool around the egg, leaving 1 cm at the end.
Make a loop out of wool and glue it to the remaining 1 cm of wool.
Finish wrapping the wool around the egg.
Twist the red wire to make a large spring.
Slide the egg into the spring.
Wrap the wire closely around the top and bottom of the egg to mold it to the egg's shape.
