Want to shock your neighbors with some Halloween Monsters playing in your yard? Check out our latest Halloween treat from bloggers Chica and Jo, making paper mache giving your visitors the creeps for sure!
Start off with making the papier mache.
Give 1 part flour to 2 parts water in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp of salt to prevent mold.
Blow up some balloons to give your monsters a shape.
Tear the newspaper into strips.
Dip the strips into the paper mache.
Drape them on the balloons in a few layers.
To make the noses you see, blow up a smaller balloon and affix it with lots of strips of papier mache.
Set them aside to dry for a couple of days.
Paint the Halloween Monster or give them scary eyes.
Every monster will be very unique!
