Materials
- 1 rectangular towel 90x60 for the cloak part (depending on the size of the baby).
- 1 end of another towel inwhich you will cut 1 rectangle of 35x20 cm for the hood.
- Variously colored sewing threads.
- Optional :
- A braid to support the edges
- Assorted cloth for the lining of the hood
- Various decorations of choice
Directions
- Fold the little rectangle down the middle of the longer side as shown below and sew one of the shorter sides together (see dotted line below).
- Sew the long side of the smaller, unsewn triangle onto the big rectangle so that it sits in the middle.
- Customize to your taste with what you have on hand.
Square Model
Many bathrobes available to buy are square-shaped.
To create this model recycle-styled, you must sacrifice a large bath sheet.
The principal is very simple: it suffices to sew the hood, a simple triangle, in one of the corners.
