Personalized Envelope How to make personalized envelopes

Personalize your envelopes! This project will give you the chance to make your mail unique while recycling newspapers or magazines. A fun activity for you, and one that is even suitable for kids. Enjoy!
Supplies
Tools
  • 1 envelope, size is your choice
  • Printer(optional)
  • Pencil
  • Scissors
Materials
  • Paper of your choice (magazine, newspaper, advertisements, etc)
  • Paper glue (a glue stick works the best here)

Translation

  • Top and bottom: fold along the dotted line
  • Shaded sides: Add this zone to every side of the main rectangle

  • Fold along the dotted lines
  • Glue parts 1 onto parts 2

 Pattern from an existing envelope

  • Carefully unglue all sides of an existing envelope so that it is entirely flat.

  • Copy the pattern onto the selected paper.
  • Copy and paste the sides to create the envelope.
