Candy Ice Cream

To make the Tagada cream :

• Cut the Tagada strawberries into thick pieces.

• Dissolve them into milk on a low heat.

• Mix  egg yolks with sugar.

•  Pour the hot milk ( into the mixture).

• Put the saucepan back on the ring.

• Cook the mixture without stopping the stirring and without alloing the mixture to boil.  Stop when the liquid covers and layers the wooden spoon.

Next step

• Cover it and let it get cool.

• Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

• Beat the crème fraîche into a whipped cream.

• Mix it with the Tagada cream.

• Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
