- Buy several yards of fleece or felt material. You can actually get any material that you want, but it must be thick and stiff, or else your penguin suit will sag too much. Buy enough black yardage to cover your entire body, front and back. Buy about half that in white.
- Cut two layers of the shape shown. The shapes need to be big enough that when sewn together at the edges, your body will fit it.
- Cut out the hole for the face.
- Cut out a piece of white fabric and sew it on as the belly.
- Make a beak to sew on over your face.
