A cute little crayon button made from polymer clay! This crayon button can also be used as a perfect charm for a bracelet or any other type of jewlery - a brooch, a bead: the choice is yours!

Supplies

Tools

Thick needle
Tooth-pick
Cooking tray
Cooking oven
Tablecloth to protect the work space

Materials

Purple, white and green polymer clay

Directions

Make a purple ball and flatten it out.

Make one small ball out of the white clay, another out of the green clay.

Fix the white ball onto the purple and carefully roll until the white is well attached to the purple.

Press the green ball onto the white and roll carefully.

Make 2 holes on its side (as shown below) with a tooth-pick.

Tips

Polymer clay can stain your hands. After using colorful clay, be sure to wash you hands to avoid stains on the other colors as well.
To make holes, use a toothpick or a large needle.
Afterhaving finished a button or a bead, immediately place it on a baking pan.
Follow the instructions for baking. Fimo polymer clay cooks at 110° for 30 minutes.
