Prepare the parts of the Christmas snowflake

• Cut 2 pipe cleaners into 10-cm (4-inch) segments.

• Fold all segments (cut and uncut) in half.

• Twist the 3 uncut pipe cleaners together at the center, forming the base.

Assemble the Christmas snowflake

• Attach 1 cut piece to each section of the base, approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch) from the center.

• Twist together the shorter points between each long point.

• Trim each long point 7.5 cm (3 inches) from the end.
• Fold each newly-cut piece in half.
• Twist each new short piece around the long points.
